Friday - 13 August 1999, Hijri 2-Jumada Awwal-1420
In the Name of ALLAH the Merciful and the Compassionate.
All praise is due to Allah and may peace be upon (the best creation of Allah) Prophet Muhammad , his family and companions.
May Allah unite us soon under the Khaleefah, and may Allah make this land the capital of the Khilafah State.
The imperialist infidels have successfully implanted into the minds of many of the Muslims that the return of the Islamic state is a dream that will never become reality. So some Muslims have surrendered to a depressing existence. Have you forgotten that your main purpose in life is to propagate Islam. Have you made your main purpose to work for your living and then to work for this deen - such an inefficient method! Instead of working to re-establish the Islamic state you have limited your work to building mosques, publishing books, and sending letters of congratulation or condolence to Ministers, and to the Ameers (rulers). You were silent against the colonising of your lands by the infidels. They have succeeded in making you forget the promise that Allah has given you.
" Allah has promised, to those amongst you who believe and work righteous deeds, that He will, of a surety, grant them in the land, inheritance (of power), as He granted it to those before them; that He will establish in authority their religion, the one which He has chosen for them; and that He will change (their state), after the fear in which they (lived), to one of security and peace: `They will worship Me (alone) and not associate aught with Me.' If any do reject Faith after this, they are rebellious and wicked." Al-Noor (24,55).
O Muslims,
Whom do we believe? The promise of Allah or the talk of the weak and the corrupt ones amongst us ? These are the ones who accept to be beneath the feet of the imperialist infidels.
O Muslims, you should put your trust in Allah. You should be confident that the Islamic State is coming soon.
You should be confident that the coming Islamic Khilafah State will function according to Quran and Sunnah only.
You should be confident in the promise of Allah, "We will, without doubt, help Our Messengers and those who believe, (both) in this world's life and on the Day when the Witnesses will stand forth" Ghafer (40,51).
Do not be deceived by the power of the imperialist infidels today:
" Let not the strutting about of the Unbelievers through the land deceive thee:" Al-Imran(3,196).
You will be victorious.
The U.S. is the first State only because the lair is empty of lions.
What do you know about the U.S.?
More than 25 child were killed in one state (Georgia). Do you know why? Because they were used for homosexual purposes and then they were killed. And then the U.S. with all its power and security couldn't find the killers.
Can anyone walk the streets of America today in security?
Can anyone deny the racial discrimination that still exists in American society?
You Muslims, are rising up.
In one of the authenticated Hadeeth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) the Prophet said to one of his companions named Ibn Hawwala (May Allah be pleased with him), "O Ibn Hawwala if you see the Khilafah coming down to the holy land (Al-Quds - Jerusalem) then you should know that earthquakes and great horrible events will be very close to happenning (The day of doom will become very close)" Ahmad Ibn Hanbal No. 21449 and Abu Dawood No. 2173
It was narrated by Ibn Masood that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "There will come after your days called patience days , to be patient in those days is like being patient over firebrands. The worker for this deen in those days will be rewarded the same as the reward of fifty men combined. The companions then asked: fifty men of us or fifty men of them? The Prophet replied: fifty men of you".
O shabab of Islam,
Be patient against these unjust rulers.
Be patient against forces of destruction in our lands.
Be patient against fear and hunger.
Be patient in staying bound to Quran and Sunnah.
The ones who were blessed out of you are those who work to re-establish the Islamic State at times when there are many callers to Nationalism, Patriotism, and Racism which have divided us and have made us defeated.
O Muslims,
We have heard some of us saying, "We have historical or religious rights in this land". (These kind of claims are being initiated as a response to what the Jews claim - that they have historical rights in Palestine).
But we should ask our selves: Whose is the Dominion? Allah or History?
What do you say to the Jews if they prove to you that based on Archaeology and historical research they have rights in this land?
More worse, what do you say to the Quptis in Egypt? Or to the Chinese and Indians?
Do you tell them that Arabs (and Muslims) immigrated to their lands?
Further, what do you tell the Europeans and the Americans? Do you have any historical rights in their lands?
We should always remember that Muslims have the duty to carry Islam to the whole world.
It is unlawful to resort to the Infidels for judgement (in disputes). We should resort to Islam only for judgement (in disputes).
Not to resort to history for judgement (in disputes).
Not to resort to the U.N. for judgements.
And not to resort to public opinion for judgement (in disputes).
O Muslims,
Think about what it is that Allah wants us to do?
Allah has ordered us to fight all the people, not for the sake of occupying their lands, not for the sake of enslaving them, but so that Islam will be prevalent over all other ruling systems.
"It is He who hath sent His Messenger with Guidance and the Religion of Truth, to proclaim it over all religion, even though the Pagans may detest (it)." Al-Tawba (9,33) "
And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevails justice and faith in Allah altogether and everywhere" Al-Anfal (8,39).
