Adalah keterlaluan bagi MCA untuk mengutuk PAS dalam isu ini kerana bukan PAS sahaja yang kata. Ramai penganlisis ekonomi dan politik yang kata. Ada di kalangan mereka dari kaum Cina sendiri. Jadi apa yang perlu diheboh-hebohkan?

KUALA LUMPUR: The MCA Youth has urged PAS not to turn the recent visit by Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad to China into an issue, saying the opposition party should be more outward looking.
Its international affairs bureau chief Fam Lee Ee said the MCA had been informed that PAS had made racist remarks about the visit.
"Any government of the day, irrespective of the political party, must surely see the importance of Malaysia-China ties," he said.
Fam said the Prime Minister had explained that the trip, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Sino-Malaysian ties, was planned long ago.
He said Dr Mahathir had correctly pointed out that the economy, rather than Sino-Malaysian ties, is more important to the Chinese community.
Fam said there was no reason for PAS to make baseless allegations on the visit which would damage the good relations of the two countries.
