MahaMaha 'has no profanities'
JOHOR BARU: National laureate Prof Datuk Shahnon Ahmad in declaring his "love" for Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad launched another novel on corruption and abuse of power under the Prime Minister's leadership.
MahaMaha, launched here on Tuesday, is a compilation of 12 short stories and a poem. It is priced at RM13.
Shahnon said the book was similar to his previous novel Shit but without the profanities.
"I have no personal grudges against Dr Mahathir. In fact, I love him and his party. However, it is my obligation as an artist to give him advice through my novels," he told a press conference.
He said he would launch another book Nurul Anak Papa next month.
